Primary lever
Method. The predictor uses the funnel identity: response rate = open rate × open→click conversion × (1 − abandon rate). The ±2.2pp range reflects residual variance against the peer dataset. Peer benchmarks are the 25th, 50th, 75th and 90th percentiles drawn from 57 CustomerGauge B2B programs in 2025. Recommendations are matched to whichever stage is below peer median; the most underperforming stage gets surfaced first.
